Sitec’s Fixed Line team specialise in the acquisition, planning, design and installation of fixed line (FTTx) fibre optic networks and offer services from site specific project management to full turnkey delivery. Regardless of complexity, Sitec will manage all aspects of property and landlord negotiation, bespoke site design planning and installation, whilst working with multiple agencies across private and public sector.
MOBILE
Sitec Infrastructure Services Ltd is one of the UK’s leading specialist providers in network rollout, upgrade and management to the mobile telecommunications industry. From the installation of small micro cells, all aspects of Estate Management, Town & Country Planning to designing and building complex macro site solutions on behalf of the UK’s leading Operators.

Adam Eatock
DirectorHaving spent time at Smith Woolley telecom as ‘Head of Structures’ working on One2One (T-mobile) and BT Cellnet (O2) projects across the UK, Adam set up Comms Solutions in 2000 providing Acquisition and Design services to most the UK operators. Comms Solutions were one of the main suppliers to H3g during their initial roll-out.
Comms Solutions was acquired by the Metnor Group Plc in 2005 where Adam headed up the telecoms division for 2 years before a management buyout in 2007 to form SITEC Infrastructure Services of which Adam is a founder member. His role encompasses strategic planning, business development and client management at a National level.

David Hawthorne
DirectorDavid left LCC to strengthen Pico Consultants Ltd, a Telecoms specialist, becoming the MD prior to merging the business with Sitec in March 2010. With Sitec, David manages the growing and expanding acquisition and planning department together with the day to day activities of running a rapidly developing business. David is a Chartered Surveyor & Member of the Association for Project Management.

Chris Jones
Business Development DirectorBy heading up Business Development, Chris is responsible for the management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer-relationship activities, in conjunction with the development of all new sales. He further oversees the planning and implementation of all business plans, tenders, bids and brand management and is key to supporting the overall growth and management of the wider business.

Ryan Herbst
Construction DirectorIn 2007 and having graduated, Ryan set up Genco Ltd – a civils, electrical and rigging company, servicing the UK’s ADC community. After 8 successful years of constructing and rigging hundreds of cell towers across all of the UK’s major networks, Ryan joined Sitec, and as Construction Director, leads all civils, electrical, rigging and integration activities across the entire mobile client base.

Lee Walker
HSQE ManagerFor the last 11 years, Lee has established himself as one of the leading managers in Health and Safety and by heading up the HSQE (Health Safety Quality and Environmental) team, his principal objective is to put safety and quality at the very core of Sitec’s business.
Lee has undertaken both his general and construction certificates in NEBOSH and is currently completing his (NEBOSH) diploma. He passionately applies the Sitec principles that drives the business to target zero for the occurrences of any incident, whilst ensuring the quality of all services and internal processes are of the absolute highest standard.
