Sitec has a nationwide team of surveyors and designers with a wealth of experience in the supply of FTTH survey & design to MDU’s, XGS Pon Network using a multitude of GIS Platforms, PIA (including PIA management), Diversionary works, New Developments, Business Connections, Infill, FAC and supply to Mobile Antenna along with other supporting activities such as SLD Creation.

Sitec make best use of available technology to develop survey platforms and design processes that enhance our efficiency.

Working with our client to understand their network architecture and delivery forecast, we conduct desktop surveys to provide our surveyors with as much data as possible. Our survey team can feed back information in real time from site to allow our planners to check and query any issues.

Sitec develop our design packs in line with the client’s expectations ensuring our responsibility as Principal Designer under CDM is strictly adhered to and applied to all of our deliverables.

All of our designs are comprehensive, detailed, and fully compliant to network build, NRSWA and BMTrada Fire Regulations.

Our Gold standard design quality ensures they meet our clients specification and with a GIS skilled team, we can provide our designs in formats including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS, Vetro, GComms, Fibre Cloud and more.
